This Sleep roll on is safe to use during the second and third trimester of pregnancy. Please seek advice from your doctor if you have any concerns. 

How to:

Roll on your wrists, under the soles of your feet and on your chest before bedtime.

How to refill:

Take the lid off the roll on, then remove the roll on ball. Grab the dropper and fill up the empty roll on with the dropper. All ready to go!
