Made with the finest organic ingredients including Raw Cashews, Almonds, Macadamia Nuts and Arrowroot, this Nut Mylk is a raw paste that you add to your blender with water to make a fresh, nutritious and creamy blend

Naturally good for you:

  • Cashews, Almonds and Macadamia nuts are packed with protein and are high in unsaturated fatty acids which help to lower bad cholesterol 
  • Arrowroot is high in minerals and protein, promotes healthy digestion, regulates blood sugar levels and will keep you satisfied for longer
  • Mesquite has a low glycemic index meaning more slowly digested and absorbed, and causes a lower and slower rise in blood glucose (insulin)
  • Great for baking and making desserts
  • If you prefer unsweetened, try the Original Nut Mylk Base

To make Nut Mylk: blend 1.5-2 tbsp of the Nut Mylk Base along with 1 litre of water for 1 minute. If you would like to make less or more Mylk, just adjust the quantity of the base to the ratio of water used.

To make a Smoothie: add 1 tsp of Nut Mylk Base to your blender, along with your smoothie ingredients, 250ml water and blend away.
