The uniquely formulated Solid Oral Care Fluoride Toothpaste Tablets are dentist-approved pre-measured toothpaste tablets that transform into a gentle foaming toothpaste when they come in contact with water or saliva.

How to use:
- Children aged between 3-5: Press half a tablet into toothbrush bristles and add water. Brush with adult supervision.
- 6+ and Adults: Chew 1 tablet until it forms a paste. Brush your teeth for 2 minutes, spit and rinse!
- Keep dry: close the lid after use. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

I wanted to love this product so much! And initially, I did! But after a while I felt that the toothpaste/liquid ratio was not right and would often feel like I was just brushing my teeth without anything but saliva. Which made our household feel like our teeth were never properly clean.. Gross I know. The tablets would also break down a little bit in travel and become more of a powder. Towards the end of the bottle I'd find myself reaching for more tablets than required, which wasn't ideal. I think I'd purchase again for travel purposes, because it's an amazing alternative for airport travel abd holidays. But my teeth are too sensitive for an every day use.

Finding a toothpaste without plastic packaging has been hard. I've been trialling products for almost 12m and think I've finally found a solution! The tablets break crisp; have a great smell and taste; contains the right amount of fluoride (as confirmed by my dentist) and obviously don't come in any plastic packaging. I'd love of Solid would do refill packs (like Dr Robb's) coz then I'd be setting up a subscription. I'd also love to try some of their other flavours esp the cinnamon one!!!

I was waiting long to use toothpaste tablets and these didn't disappoint. I like the taste and feel my mouth pretty clean after use. I used the Fresh Mint.
