    We proudly stock 100% Australian and New Zealand owned brands, and around 70% of our products are made locally too. Some items, like stainless steel, bamboo, and silicone, don’t have local manufacturing facilities yet, so they’re responsibly made overseas by Aussie & NZ -owned businesses.

    Yes. Every ingredient is carefully checked using EWG (Environmental Working Group)standards, the strictest in the world. Go For Zero is proud to be one of the most toxin-free retailers in Australia. If we wouldn’t use it on our own kids, you won’t find it here.

    • Others use natural or food-grade preservatives that are proven safe for humans.
      We only follow research-backed EWG guidelines for ingredient safety.

    We aim to reduce our impact at every step. From product and packaging to shipping and the suppliers we choose.

    • Carbon-neutral deliveries
    • We even reuse supplier packaging whenever we can

    Every product must be reusable, compostable, or easily recyclable.

    Because plastic never truly goes away. Only 9% of plastic is ever recycled, and most of it gets downcycled to lower-quality materials.
    That’s why we focus on glass, aluminium, and tin, materials that can be infinitely recycled without losing quality.

    Our Brand Vetting Process

    We’re picky (in the best way!). Every brand must pass our 5-step checklist:

    1. Packaging: Plastic-free, reusable, compostable, or recyclable.
    2. People: We learn the story behind each Aussie and NZ family brand to make sure there is no greenwashing!
    3. Ingredients: All products must be 100% toxin-free (we research every single ingredient).
    4. Testing: We test everything ourselves! If we wouldn’t use it, we won’t sell it.
    5. Transparency: Each brand completes a HUGE sustainability questionnaire before joining our store.

    Giving Back

    Every order donates $1 through i=Change to one of three Aussie causes:

    • Clean the Sea: Removes 1.2 kg of ocean waste per dollar.
    • Restore the Land: Plants enough trees to store 1 tonne of CO₂ for every $50 donated.
    • Feed Aussies in Crisis: Provides 2 meals to Australians in need.
