1. My order is incomplete or incorrectIf this happens, please email us your order number, the incorrect item and the item you ordered within 7 days of receiving your parcel at Lauren@goforzero.com.au. We will be in touch!
2. My product/s arrived broken
We’re sorry to hear that! Please email us a photograph within 7 days at Lauren@goforzero.com.au and we will replace it as fast as possible.
3. I’d like to make a return because I changed my mind.
If you changed your mind about a product, we will happily give you credit for the purchase price of the returned item/s (excluding the shipping fees).
