At Go For Zero, we want you to LOVE your products as much as we do!This is why we accept all returns as long as the products have not been used and the seals have not been broken. Please find more details below:

1. My order is incomplete or incorrect

If this happens, please email Georgia your order number, the incorrect item and the item you ordered within 7 days of receiving your parcel at askusanything@goforzero.com.au. We will be in touch!

2. My product/s arrived broken

We’re sorry to hear that! Please email Georgia a photograph within 7 days at askusanything@goforzero.com.au and we will replace it as fast as possible.

3. I’d like to make a return because I changed my mind.

If you changed your mind about a product, we will happily give you credit for the purchase price of the returned item/s (excluding the shipping fees). 

Please note:

  • We will process your return within a week of receiving the sealed product
  • You can return Collections and Sets. Just be sure you return the entire Collection or Set to obtain a refund
  • For hygienic reasons, we can’t accept any returns for underwear and intimate products
  • A return confirmation email will be sent once your return is processed

Note: products purchased on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged

Securely pack the product(s) in its original packaging if possible

Send the parcel to 2/8 Tectonic Crescent, Kunda Park QLD 4556


4. I forgot to pick up my order and now it is returning back to you

Please email us. When it comes back to us, we will just charge you to ship it back to you.
