Shipping Information - Go For Zero

At Go For Zero, we care deeply about getting your low-waste, toxin-free essentials to you as quickly and sustainably as possible, without it costing the earth.

That’s why we ship all orders in plastic-free packaging that is compostable, recyclable, and feel-good from start to finish.

We use Australia Post and Couriers Please for all orders, and Australia Post for all Express and international orders.

1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we love making sustainable swaps easier. We offer:

  • Free shipping on Australian orders over $89
  • Free shipping to New Zealand on orders over $99
  • Orders below $89 within Australia ship for a flat rate of $9.95

Please note: our Kombucha and Kefir Home Brew Kit, composters and Zone By Lydia products are bulky items and will incur a shipping fee at checkout.

2. Do you offer Express shipping?

We sure do, because some things can’t wait!

  • Express shipping is available at checkout for a flat rate of $15
  • Orders ship within 1 business day
  • Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days

Express orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post. We are unable to refund express shipping if delays occur.

3. Can I send to a PO Box or Parcel Locker?

Yes, absolutely.

Just make sure your PO Box or Parcel Locker number is included along with the Post Office address. Missing details may cause delivery delays or returns.

4. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification with the details to track your parcel. If you can't find it, don't forget to check your junk folder too.

5. Can I pick my order up?

Yes, and we love this option because less shipping means less impact. Winning!

Select “Pick up order” at checkout and we will notify you once it is ready, usually same or next business day.

6. When will my order arrive?

Orders are packed and dispatched same or next business day by our amazing warehouse team on the Sunshine Coast.

Estimated Australian delivery times are

  • Brisbane: 1 to 5 business days
  • Sydney: 3 to 6 business days
  • Adelaide: 3 to 7 business days
  • Melbourne: 3 to 7 business days
  • Tasmania: 4 to 8 business days
  • Perth: 5 to 10 business days
  • Darwin: 5 to 8 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers. For the most accurate updates, always check your tracking link in your email.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide with Australia Post as their prices are very competitive. 

  • Free shipping to New Zealand on orders over $99
  • International shipping costs are shown at checkout
  • Prices start from $10 for New Zealand and $15 for other countries

International delivery can take 5 to 25 business days, depending on location.

Your tracking number will be provided in the confirmation email, and you can track your order at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

Please note: any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Help, my delivery address is wrong!

We’ve all done it… Email us straight away and we will do our best to update it!

Unfortunately, once your order is picked up by a courier, we cannot change any information. If the parcel is returned to us, we will notify you. If you like your order to be resent to your correct address, you will just need to cover the standard shipping cost (as this cost is charged to us by the couriers).

9. Is it possible my parcel did not arrive? 

If you have not received your parcel within 30 days (in Australia), please contact our Stephy via askusanything@goforzero.com.au.

For international orders, please allow up to 60 days.

10. What if I was not home when they delivered?

No stress. Our couriers will leave your parcel if they deem it to be safe.

If not, they will bring it to your local post office or local newsagent. Please check your tracking number that you received via email to see where you can find your parcel (don't forget to check your junk folder too :)).

We work closely with our delivery partners and do everything we can to get your order to you on time. Occasionally delays happen that are outside our control and we appreciate your understanding.
