Go For Zero Pty Ltd ("Go For Zero", "we") runs goforzero.com.au. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and who we share it with. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, orders, subscriptions, messages you send us, reviews and wishlists.
- Payment details: these are handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
- Details collected automatically when you browse: your IP address, device and browser, the pages you view, how you found us and how you use the site. We collect these with cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders, subscriptions, returns and shipping protection claims
- To reply when you contact us
- To send marketing emails and SMS if you've opted in (unsubscribe any time)
- To run our rewards program and show product reviews
- To understand how our site is used and improve it
- To show you relevant ads on other websites and social media
- To make the i=Change donation from your order, and to prevent fraud
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We may disclose it if the law requires us to..
We share only what each provider needs to do its job:
- Shopify (our store platform) and our payment providers
- Delivery partners: Australia Post, Couriers Please, Aramex and Team Global, plus ShipStation for shipping, Zonos for international duties and Captain for shipping protection claims
- Omnisend and Shopify Messaging for email and SMS
- Gorgias for customer service and live chat
- Yotpo for reviews and our rewards program
- Recharge for subscriptions
- GoAffPro for our affiliate program
- Google (Analytics, Shopping and ads), Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads) and Microsoft Clarity (site analytics, including recordings of how visitors use our pages)
- i=Change, to make the donation from your order
- AI assistants and shopping platforms you buy through, such as Google AI Mode, Gemini, ChatGPT or the Shop app, which pass us the order details we need
Some of these providers store information outside Australia, including in the United States, Canada and the European Union. We choose providers with strong security, but overseas privacy laws may differ from Australia's.
Cookies and advertising
We and our partners use cookies and pixels to keep your cart working, measure site traffic and show you ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of personalised ads in your Google and Meta ad settings.
Keeping your information safe
Your information is stored on secure, encrypted systems run by Shopify and our providers. We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting laws require, and delete or de-identify other information when we no longer need it.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it unless we have to keep it by law. To stop marketing, use the unsubscribe link in any email or SMS. Email askusanything@goforzero.com.au and we'll respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, email us first. If we can't resolve it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
We'll update this policy when our practices change and show the new date at the top.
