Known for its calming and soothing effect, magnesium chloride provides relief from growing, teething and muscle pain while improving sleep & decreasing mild anxiety.
How to apply: Spray directly onto your baby’s skin. Gently massage the soft magnesium oil over your baby’s feet, lower legs and stomach 5 minutes before bedtime. Guidelines per age group:
- 6 months to 1-year old’s: 1 - 2 sprays
- 1 to 3 years: 3 - 5 sprays
* 3 years+ we would recommended either the Pure or Calm & Relax
IMPORTANT: as a mum of two little muppets and a huge magnesium lover, you need to know that magnesium stings on any cuts you might have. This is not dangerous, just not fun for kids. So when using it on your little ones, check you don't spray it on any scratches they might have.
My little secret: every night before I go to bed, I sneak in my kids' room and spray it on their foot soles to boost their immunity.
While natural and specifically produced for kids, every child is unique. Test product before use by spraying the baby’s soles on the feet. Wait 15 minutes to check for an eventual reaction.
The magnesium 50/50 rule: Apply to the upper half of your body to generate energy, apply to the lower half for a calming effect. Avoid applying to your upper body right before bed.
Why is it tingling after application?A tingling or stinging feeling after the application is actually a sign that you are magnesium deficient. When there is no deficiency, there is no tingle.

Was hoping this would’ve been something to help improve my 19month olds sleep but unfortunately we haven’t had any improvements. Was pretty hopeful with the reviews so I believe this would definitely work with some children. Was also a bit hard to be consistent due to my son constantly having grazes on his legs. But will continue to use

My 17 month old wasn’t sleeping, I wasn’t sleeping, no one in this house was sleeping not even the poor dog. I’m walking around like a mumbie (mum + zombie = mumbie)… I had multiple embarrassing moments in public with complete strangers telling me I needed more sleep. I was at my wits end and at that point willing to try anything. I started using this spray alongside another product and it took a good week of using it before the miracle happened. And I don’t say miracle lightly here… My girl was calmer at bedtime, she has been so much easier to settle AND SHE HAS BEEN SLEEPING THROUGH THE NIGHT! She hasn’t done that since she was 4 months old!! I don’t know what type of wizardry this is but I’m a fan of it. My LO is sleeping, I’m sleeping and my pending psychotic breakdown from sleep deprivation has been averted. thank you universe (and magnesium spray!)

I’ve got a 3 years and 5 months old boy with mild anxiety, since 2 months ago I am having difficult time to put him in bed . God lord ! He doesn’t like to go to bed , I bought this magnesium spray with the hope that it helps us but unfortunately it didn’t do anything to him. Maybe for you it will help . Every body reacts differently.

Hi Adriana, I just read your review and I was so sorry to read your experience. The kids magnesium is a strongly diluted magnesium as it is suitable from 6 months up to 3 years. I just wonder if you need the "not diluted version" as your little one is over 3 years. I'm not trying to sell you a product, I just hope you don't give up on magnesium for kids as it is an amazing product our bodies thrive on. With love, Ellie

Bought for growing pains in legs. Seems like it works as a placebo, unless I'm not using enough, but in winter the cold water spray on my 4yo is uncomfortable and hard to massage in. Didn't do too much to me when tested on my skin. But he did sleep... I will use the glass bottle again

Hi Georgina, thank you so much for your review. I wanted to reach out magnesium because I see your little one is 4. The kids calm magnesium is for kids between 6 months and 3 years. It is a diluted version so 6-month-old kids can use it. Above 3 years they can use the adult one which has a higher concentration. My girls both have growing pains too and I use it on them too. For kids above 3, I would use the Pure Oil Magnesium. I just wanted to let you know because magnesium is such an effect pain relief and I think the Kids Calm is too light as your little one is 4.
