    Meet Brianne, the passionate founder of Ethique, who started her journey back in 2012 in her Christchurch home, mixing formulas in her kitchen and formulating the first-ever solid shampoo bar, Mintasy, as an alternative to the staggering 80 billion plastic shampoo and conditioner bottles that are thrown out globally each year.

    Frustrated by the amount of waste created by the cosmetics industry, Brianne's deep passion for the environment and science drove her to learn cosmetic chemistry and formulate plastic-free, cruelty-free, and vegan products with ethically and fairly sourced ingredients, paying staff a living wage, donating 2% of sales, and remaining plastic-free.

    How to use

    After shampooing with your Tone It Down Shampoo, slide bar over the ends of your hair. Pop the bar aside and massage the conditioner into your locks. Leave on for 1-2 minutes before rinsing out. 

    To get the most out of your bar, store out of direct water and let drain completely between uses.
