Meet the dynamic duo behind Togo Sun, Sophie and Fleur, whose decades-long friendship and shared passion for the beach and outdoors have fuelled the creation of this innovative brand. Having initially connected in the Surf Industry, their journeys led them through various roles, brands, and even countries, all while nurturing their friendship and love for coastal living.

As busy moms of two boys each, their weekends were a constant whirlwind of outdoor adventures, often centred around feeding their tribes from a cooler. Bonding over a shared aesthetic appreciation and a desire for functional yet stylish beach essentials, they envisioned a range of products that would seamlessly blend beauty with practicality.

Their lightbulb moment came when they wondered, "Why isn't there a keep cup for food?" With a commitment to minimising waste and inspired by the 'keep cup' ethos, Sophie and Fleur delved into the world of silicone fabrication. Falling in love with its versatility and aesthetics, they noticed a gap in the market for an adult version.

Armed with a passion for sustainability and a determination to make life under the sun more enjoyable, Togo Sun was born. The brand's name, a playful take on the American "to-go" culture, reflects their commitment to creating products that are not just functional but also elevate the beach experience. To clean TOGO silicone wares, wipe each piece with a damp soft sponge and rinse with clean water. You may need to use a mild detergent or soap to get rid of any larger stains or messes.

A build up of grease can cause your wares to be sticky to touch. To eliminate this, clean with water and a generous amount of baking soda. Create a thick paste-like consistency and spread over your wares and leave to dry. Once dry, wash off with warm water.

*Bamboo Lid is not suitable for use in the microwave, dishwasher or oven. It is recommend to simply wipe/wash lid and dry straight away. Do not leave lid sitting in liquid or water.

This silicone container and bamboo lid has been designed to last and be reused over and over again! If you are unable to reuse it anymore, try regifting it or using it for other storage purposes. 

If your container is no longer reusable, they can be sent back to us to be recycled correctly with Terracycle.
