    Eden Health Food’s Ultimate Biotic Powder is filled with 25 Billion CFU’s (good bacteria) in one teaspoon to improve your immunity, digestion and overall gut health.

    How to use

    Mix 1/8 tsp of Ultimate Biotic in non-acidic juice (such as apple or grape) and let sit for 10 minutes. The pectins in these types of juices allows the bacteria to metabolise and provides an additional protective barrier for them to pass through the stomach. Consume 10 minutes before food, twice daily for best results. It is not necessary to mix with non-acidic juice and let sit, it simply provides an added benefit.

    Alternatively, mix in water, smoothie or breakfast/food. Ultimate Biotic does not have flavour so it can be easily added to food without changing the flavour of your food/smoothie.

    End of life

    Once you have finished your favourite Biotic, reuse the tin for other purposes around the house. If you can not repurpose, place it into your home recycling bin.

        "Me and my husband are enjoying this product. Our tummies are feeling way better. The downsides: - Does not mix well, we are either drinking clumps of it or it becomes a weird texture. - The little spoon, very useful but quite impossible to get all the product off of it. If you leave it inside the tin you waste product and if you leave it out, as I mentioned before, it just gets a product build up because it's difficult to clean it without wasting product. I'll buy it again because it works really well, but some improvements would be greatly appreciated ❤️❤️"
