    Grab one of the new Roll On Refill Bottles! This super saver will allow you to refill your existing roll on bottle up to 5 times meaning you will never have to go without your favourite sleep blend!

    This Sleep roll on is safe to use during the second and third trimester of pregnancy. Please seek advice from your doctor if you have any concerns. 

    How to:

    Roll on your wrists, under the soles of your feet and on your chest before bedtime.

    How to refill:

    Take the lid off the roll on, then remove the roll on ball. Grab the dropper and fill up the empty roll on with the dropper. All ready to go!

      Perfect for bedtime

      Easy to use and scents are lovely (I bought all 3 to try). Although the scents are lovely when they roll on, they are not long lasting. But it does make you pause for a minute, take some deep breaths and take a moment before bed, so that is nice. Would make a good gift - perhaps for teachers at your kid’s school (instead of chocolates).

      Peaceful sleep

      I put it on every night before bed and the beautiful lavender scent is so very relaxing and puts me in a calming state, perfect for helping this sleep deprived mum actually sleep!
