"I can use normal dental floss easily but wanted to get away from the plastic so was so excited when I found this but literally cannot floss my teeth with this because it is too thick and does not fit or slide between my teeth so am very disappointed"

"i really want to like this product but it’s not working for me. the floss is too thick and just thicker in comparison to other floss i’ve used. it gets stuck between my teeth making it very difficult to use. as it gets stuck, the tension is too much on my teeth but also the floss breaks easily and get stuck. i hope they change the make of this so it’s thinner."

"I'm so sad to be writing this as I have bought SO MANY fantastic products from Go For Zero over many years and they are usually excellent. However, this floss breaks off in my teeth every time I use it. I bought a floss from here years ago and it was silk, I think. I never had that problem. I end up having to use more and more floss to get the broken floss out that is stuck in my teeth and sometimes my gums bleed a little from trying to force the floss out. I'm so sad about it as this floss is unusable and I hate wasting things or throwing them away (and why I shop here to reduce single use plastic and chemicals!!) But great company and always fast, reliable service and almost always great products."

"Buying my refills now, thought i better make a review! This is a good environmentally friendly alternative however, I am not AS satisfied with using it as I am with the one I used to purchase from the supermarket. . . . . . . let me explain: The issue i run into is that the gap between my front bottom teeth is tighter. What has happened is that it gets stuck (and on a couple of occasions I struggled to get it out, and even ripped the floss, I had to use tweezers to finally remove). I kind of get the hang of the angle i have to use it on now, however sometimes the floss will fray on these two particular tooth gaps. It's been a bit of a learning curve with i had never had an issue with any floss product in the past. Anyway, I am repurchasing the product as it's the closest thing i can find that aligns with my values."
