      How to use

      Using a massage tool is relatively simple, and it can be incorporated into your self-care routine or fitness regimen. Below are some effective techniques:

      1. Identify target areas like the neck, shoulders, back, glutes, calves, and feet. 

      2. Apply steady pressure by placing on the targeted area, gradually increasing or decreasing as needed. You can either use them against a wall or lie on the floor or mat to target different muscle groups.
