How to use:

• Diffuser: Add 3-4 drops to your diffuser at work or whilst studying to feel focused and motivated
• Shower: Add desired amount to your shower to feel energised and motivated in the morning
• Gym: Add 2 drops to your gym towel to feel more motivation during your workout
• Washing: Add desired amount to your washing machine with our Dish & Laundry Block, your gym and work clothes to associate them with motivation and focus
