The founder of The Glitter Tribe, Meg, is no stranger to sparkle. After years of applying makeup for famous faces on TV, Meg’s husband, an environmental scientist, brought her bag of glitter crashing down when he taught her about the true impact of her sparkly friend.

After learning how long microplastics take to break down and what they do to our planet and seas in the meantime, Meg knew it was time to do something about it. 
While she knew her clients wouldn’t be cutting out sparkle anytime soon, she was sure there could be a safer alternative, Enter The Glitter Tribe!

Getting there may have been no pretty task, but Meg managed to develop an eco glitter that was biodegradable, sustainably sourced, and looked just as good under the spotlights as plastic sparkles, and now, you can use it too!

How to apply on your body:

• First, apply some Aloe Gel or Lash Glue to stick to the skin
• Swipe the glitter onto yourcheekbones, glide on your eyelids, sprinkle in your hair or shake it onto your body, the sky is the limit!

How to use in craft:

• Like you would use any sparkles in play. Add it to  play dough, stick it onto handmade cards, etc.

When you are finished, you can sprinkle it in your garden!
