  • Half a frozen zucchini, sounds super weird but it helps create a thick and cold consistency & a refreshing taste (make sure it’s sliced before you freeze it so your blender doesn’t have a meltdown, I’ve been there)
  • Handful of kale or spinach
  • Dash of milk
  • Dash of water
  • I am a chocolate lover so I like to add my choc hazelnut protein powder or a spoonful of cacao

*add honey if you like extra sweetness.
