    How to use

    Always have someone with you when using these ear candles. 

    It is recommended to grab a small bowl or glass with some water in it. 

    Lay on side, pop candle inside top of ear and light tip. Allow candle to burn until recommended line. Pop in water. 

    End of life

    Once the ear candles have been used, they can be composted at home or buried in your garden!
