1. Start with clean, damp lips. Apply a small amount of Lip Scrub and gently massage in circular motions for about a minute to exfoliate.
2. Rinse off the scrub or wipe away excess with a damp cloth.
3. Follow up by applying a small amount of Lip Balm, gently massaging it into your lips.
4. Use the scrub 1-2 times a week, and apply lip balm as often as needed to maintain soft, nourished lips.
