    In 1993, Jill suffered from severe eczema and tried procedure after procedure that did not work. Not until she had the idea of using organic treatment did the solution finally dawn on her, paving the way for her own range.

    She created Australiaā€™s first ever shampoo bar about 25 years ago and always used raw ingredients that are also earth-friendly 100% plastic free, and cruelty-free. Can we get a round of applause?

    Aimed at healing, nourishing and protecting you, your family and the environment, each Beauty and the Bees is handmade in Tasmania using local producers for the raw ingredients wherever possible! Whatā€™s not to love?

    How to use

    Simply wet the bar, rub it in your hands, smooth through your hair and rinse out. Thatā€™s it! We like to rub it on our hair evenly not to waste anything.

    For a light condition: Rinse well immediately

    For a deep condition: Leave for a few minutes and then rinse well

    * Like any natural soap bars, let it dry well in-between uses for it to last longer

    End of life

    Once you have finished with your favourite shampoo bar, there will be nothing left! The cardboard packaging can be placed in your home compost, buried in your garden or popped in your recycling bin.

        "The first time I have tried a conditioner bar. I used this product with the Real Beer Shampoo Bar (which is 5/5 stars). The conditioner bar became very soft after the first wash and difficult to take out of the tin as a result. However, it has lasted well and from a starting weight of 35g and 18 conditionings later I still have 13g of the bar left, so that's about 2g per wash: I have long full bodied hair. Overall, I would give the bar 3/5, because I found it too malleable and it left my hair just a little on the dry side. I'll try another conditioner and see if it suits my hair type better."
