    Handmade in Australia and  pH balanced specifically for hair, this solid shampoo bar combines gentle cleansing with nourishing plant-based ingredients, making it a beautiful plastic-free alternative to traditional bottled shampoo for your everyday hair care routine.

    Ghassoul Clay helps cleanse dirt, excess oil and buildup from the hair and scalp, while rich  Extra Virgin Coconut Oil and Fairtrade Organic Cacao Butter help nourish and condition your hair, leaving it feeling soft and smooth.

    And because washing your hair should smell as good as it feels,  Pink Grapefruit and Orange Essential Oils give this bar its fresh, sweet and uplifting citrus scent.

    Suitable for  normal and coloured hair, this concentrated shampoo bar gives you an effective everyday cleanse without soap, sulphates or silicones.

    Pair your bar with one of our plastic-free travel tins for easy plastic-free storage on the go.

    Please note: NueBar bars are hand-poured. As the mixture cools during pouring, one side of the bar may have a slightly rough or rustic surface. This is completely normal and does not affect the performance of your bar.

    Current Owners of NueBar Renee Tilley and her husband Dion, eagerly bought the business after discovering their beloved local business was up for sale. 

    Renee having formerly ran a successful natural skincare brand, already had an affinity for herbs and the healing nature of plants and NueBar’s Founders, Katie and Kerry, had set up the most perfect foundation to run with. 

    Renee and Dion fell in love with the energy and integrity behind NueBar and knew it was vital to keep the original recipes, ethical practices, and morals in place from the original company while they operate in the heart of the Blue Mountains.

    NueBar’s products have a huge toxin-free promise with the goal of being great for people and the planet without sacrifice! 

    How to use

    Wet your hair, bar, and hands, and gently rub the bar  between your hands or directly onto wet hair. Once you’ve got the desired amount of product, place the bar  out of direct water  and use your hands to  build up a lather. 

    Massage into the root of your hair and rinse out completely. 

    To get the most out of your bar,  store out of direct water and let drain completely between uses. 

    End of life

    Once you have finished your favourite bar there will be nothing left but the cardboard box. Simply pop the box in your home compost or bury it your garden!

        Love the original size, this one needs work

        "Unfortunately, this travel bar did not work for me. I rubbed and rubbed and rubbed, and it still didn't lather. Ended up having to use the accommodation shampoo. The little conditioner is perfect though!Giving a 2* because I know the brand is awesome, I don't use any other hair conditioner, and because I'd love for it to be improved."
