"i really want to like this product but it’s not working for me. the floss is too thick and just thicker in comparison to other floss i’ve used. it gets stuck between my teeth making it very difficult to use. as it gets stuck, the tension is too much on my teeth but also the floss breaks easily and get stuck. i hope they change the make of this so it’s thinner."

"Buying my refills now, thought i better make a review! This is a good environmentally friendly alternative however, I am not AS satisfied with using it as I am with the one I used to purchase from the supermarket. . . . . . . let me explain: The issue i run into is that the gap between my front bottom teeth is tighter. What has happened is that it gets stuck (and on a couple of occasions I struggled to get it out, and even ripped the floss, I had to use tweezers to finally remove). I kind of get the hang of the angle i have to use it on now, however sometimes the floss will fray on these two particular tooth gaps. It's been a bit of a learning curve with i had never had an issue with any floss product in the past. Anyway, I am repurchasing the product as it's the closest thing i can find that aligns with my values."

"Love the idea and the case is great but the floss itself is awful. I wanted to like this but it just ain't it. The floss gets stuck immediately and also breaks off easily. It doesn't slide very well between my teeth :( my boyfriend has also used and is not a fan. I'll keep the case and find a refill from somewhere else that hopefully works better. So many other great products from this brand but this one was unfortunately a major disappointment."
