    How to use

    Step 1. Clean: Sterilise your disc in boiling water for 3 minutes before each period. Wash your hands to insert or remove.

    Step 2. Position: Choose a comfortable position to insert your menstrual disc. Squatting, sitting on the toilet, or standing with one leg elevated are common options.

    Step 3. Fold: Pinch the sides of the disc together to create a narrow shape. This makes it easier to insert.

    Step 4. Insert: Gently push the folded disc into your vagina at a horizontal angle, aiming toward your tailbone. Use your finger to slide it back and tuck the front rim behind your pubic bone. This helps secure the disc in place.

    Step 5. Placement: Ensure the disc is sitting high and comfortably in the vaginal fornix. You shouldn't feel it once it's correctly positioned.

    Step 6. Adjust:If you feel discomfort or experience leaks, remove the disc and try reinserting it. Ensure it is fully tucked behind the pubic bone.

    Step 7: Removal: To remove the disc, hook a finger under the front rim and gently pull it out while keeping it level to avoid spills. Empty the contents into the toilet, rinse, and reinsert if needed.

    Helpful Tips:

    • Relax your pelvic muscles to make insertion easier.
    • Practice inserting and removing in the shower for a mess-free experience.
    • Try different positions to find what works best for you.
    • Give yourself a few cycles to get fully comfortable with using a menstrual disc.

    *You do not need to clean your disc during your period, simply remove, rinse clean and reinsert. We recommend boiling your disc before your next period, so that it is clean and ready to go.

    *Store your disc in your little cotton bag or box in between periods.

    End of life

    Your new menstrual disc is designed to be reused and last up to 5 years or more!  

    Once it reaches it ends of life, the disc can be sterilised and cleaned, and sent back to us to be recycled.
