"I have been using menstrual cups/discs now for years. It was time to replace my old cup, and I'm very happy with this change of brand. Firmer than a disc, but still very malleable. The dent near the bottom helps enormously with removal. The steriliser cup is game changing - an all in one kit. And the instruction booklet is perfect for first time users and some great reminders if you're experienced."
"Terrible design with no grip, super stiff and slippery material so I couldn’t get a grip to squeeze and remove it. Suction is almost too effective to prevent leaks because it was not budging. After a panicked 20mins of attempts I finally got it out. I’ve tried 3 brands and this was by far the worst experience. I persevered for one period and then it went straight in the bin."
"Haven’t used a tampon in about a year now thanks to this! Takes a little while to get used to and figure out where the sweet spot is to prevent leaks but once you’re there it’s excellent! I paid mine with a reusable liner on the really heavy days, but I had to do that with tampons anyways."

"I bought this cup because I found my other cups couldn't cope with my extremely heavy flow (I'm pre menopause) and this fits the bill perfectly. I waited for two cycles before commenting and I can safely say this cup will see me through the night on heavy days, I still use a pad for back up but that's more out of habit. However I do find this cup aggravates my cramps, in fact not just this cup but all my cups these days aggravate my cramps, so I think it could have something to do with my perimenopause hormones. Otherwise this product is well made and easy to clean, I particularly like the sterilising pod and I use for cleaning my other cups too. The cup has a smooth but matt texture."
