      How to use

      Spray directly onto your baby’s skin. Gently massage the soft magnesium oil over your baby’s feet, lower legs and stomach 5 minutes before bedtime.

      Guidelines per age group:

      • 6 months to 1-year old’s: 1 - 2 sprays
      • 1 to 3 years: 3 - 5 sprays

      The magnesium 50/50 rule:
      Apply to the upper half of your body to generate energy, apply to the lower half for a calming effect. Avoid applying to your upper body right before bed.

      End of life

      Once you have finished your favourite magnesium spray, hold onto your spray nozzle and purchase a refill to reuse. 

      The glass bottles can be reused for other purposes or placed in your home recycling bin.

      If you can no longer reuse your spray nozzle, simply send it back to us to be correctly recycled!
