      How to use

      How to apply:
      Apply 5 sprays (1ml) to desired area.

      Can be applied daily on affected muscles or joints as needed. 

      Spray on the stomach for stress relieve or on your foot soles in the evening for good night sleep.

      For luxury treatment, add 50ml into a warm foot spa and soak for 30 min.

      The magnesium 50/50 rule:
      Apply to the upper half of your body to generate energy, apply to the lower half for a calming effect.

      Avoid applying to your upper body right before bed.

      End of life

      Once you have finished your favourite magnesium spray, hold onto your spray nozzle and purchase a refill to reuse. 

      The glass bottles can be reused for other purposes or placed in your home recycling bin.

      If you can no longer reuse your spray nozzle, simply send it back to us to be correctly recycled!
