    How to use

    Children under 6:

    Use a rice or grain-sized amount of toothpaste and brush under adult supervision. Note that this amount is safe for kids to swallow, but encourage them to spit it out. Use twice daily, in the morning and at night.

    6+ and adults:

    Use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste on your toothbrush. Brush your teeth for two minutes, spit and rinse. Use twice daily, in the morning and at night.
