    Introducing  The Physic Garden’s Vapour Rub, a natural alternative to ‘Vicks’ for deep (and delicious smelling) relief. This naturopathic formula features soothing herbs and essential oils including Australian native Eucalyptus to help loosen mucus and ease congestion, Peppermint to help loosen muscles in our airways, as well as pain relieving White Camphor & anti-inflammatory Rosemary.

    Wondering why your balm may look grainy or have small bubbles?

    Because this product is made with natural shea butter, small bubbles or slight graininess can occur with temperature changes, this is completely normal and doesn’t affect quality, performance, or safety. It will melt when applied to the skin, however, if you wish to make it smooth again, you can re-heat balms in a microwave or double boiler until just melted, then poor back into the tin and re-set in the freezer overnight.

    How to use

    Massage a small amount to the chest, neck, back as needed.

    For Ages 2 & up. Under 2 years of age, our Vapour Rub can be safely applied to the soles of the feet for a gentler effect.

    *As this balm is made with natural ingredients, we recommend storing it out of sun and heat.

    End of life

    Once your balm is all used up, the empty tin can be placed in your recycling bin. The cardboard sleeve can be placed in your home compost or buried in your garden. 

    These tins are also great for storing small items around the house, when travelling or camping too.
