Aussie Family behind the brand

Hi I’m Ellie, the founder of Go for Zero.

I began my toxin-free and sustainable journey when my newborn (Gracie) developed rashes using ‘mainstream’ skincare products. Determined to help my daughter, I dedicated my time to research product labelling. I was horrified to discover how many harmful ingredients regular hygiene- and household items contained (and it is safe to say that I became a bit of a toxin-free nerd).

When I researched and tested toxin-free products, I saw a high amount of vendors still producing top quality products in plastic containers. This created a sore spot in my heart and fire in my belly to only provide products that are safe for you and our planet. Being an online store, we guarantee that your orders are packed with zero plastic and delivered through shipping carriers  who compensate the amount of carbon dioxide used when shipping by investing equally in restoring ecosystem projects.

From stinky garlic face masks, extremely ‘turmericy’ drinks & deodorant that stains clothes, I have gone above and beyond to make sure that I test and personally LOVE each product that Go for Zero sells.

Go For Zero is more than a store. We are a community of like-minded people that are not willing to compromise their health nor their planet. It is our mission is to educate and motivate people to make positive changes. Our team will continue to work hard each day to find options that are good for you and the planet. We understand that removing toxins and waste from your life is a journey that does not happen overnight, but we’re here to make it that little bit easier and enjoyable. Keep going, we’ve got this!

Thank you for your trust in us,

With love,

Ellie

Great little pouch for yogurt and smoothies

"This reusable silicone pouch is great for yogurt and smoothies provided they aren't too thick. I love how easy it is to clean, that it can stand up when full and that it locks off. It is however not the easiest to suck out of for younger kids but my 2 year old managed just fine."

      So practical!

"I bought these with the spout attachment so I could make my own protein yoghurt pouches. I’m impressed by how well they hold in the yoghurt - no random explosions in my bag. I use the spouts without the straw inside and it works just like the single use pouches. I put frozen raspberries in with the yoghurt in mine and they are pretty easy to suck up through the spout once defrosted and squishy. You could use any fruit if you puréed it first. If you’re someone who can’t really suck a straw or nozzle, you may need to add a bit of milk/other liquid to make the squeeze work more effectively. There isn’t much wastage of yoghurt. I can squeeze almost all the yoghurt out so I think it’s comparable with single use pouches that way too. Filling them is a little fiddly but worth the effort to avoid contributing to landfill. Clean up is not too much of a hassle. I hate washing dishes so that’s important to me. Just need a little brush to get into the grooves. Yoghurt dissolves easily."

      So convenient!

"These silicone pouches are so convenient for an on the go snack, I recently used them while travelling interstate and they were mess free and easy for my yoghurt loving toddler. I really appreciate the locking function."

      The best

"so easy to use, baby loves it"

      Ami S. (5/5)

      Not good for babies

"It’s alright. Not sure why the opening is so complicated, need to suck so hard, 8 month old gets so frustrated. the spout is to narrow for baby food purées or yogurt with fruit which is why I bought. Needs an option for a wider straw just like the store bought brand options."

      Great quality

"Have loved these silicone pouches for morning yoghurt in the car as an alternative to plastic ones from the supermarket - they're saving me so much plastic waste. They're also surprisingly easy to wash and I love that they can also go in the dishwasher. After a few weeks of use they are still in perfect condition and feel like they'll last a long time."

      Anne T. (5/5)

      Easy to use

"They’re fantastic! I use these to meal prep smoothies for busy mornings. They’re super easy to use and clean! Such a time saver"

      Mel (5/5)

      Great product.

"Have only used them a few times, but they're a winner so far. Easy to fill and clean. The kids took them to school from a smoothie made the day before and it was fine. The reason for 4 not 5 starts is due to getting the lid off the first time when it had been vacuumed packed. It took me days of trying to prise it off. Soaking in hot water etc. Not recommended for someone with arthritis as a gift for that reason!"

      Silicone pouch 150ml

"We have used the pouch with a sippy spout attachment filled with yogurt for daycare lunchbox. It is easy for a 4 year old to use and the sippy spout also works fine with chunkier yogurt such as strawberry. No leaks and easy to hand wash with a soft bristle bottle brush, a straw brush (spout) or in the dishwasher. Seems sturdy and durable. Filling it up with a tea spoon takes a bit of time so might try to use the funnel in the future 😊"

      Tamara S. (5/5)

      Silicone storage pouch small

"Awesome silicone storage pouch for anything and everything you could think of. So versatile in cold or frozen environments too."
