Eden Health Food’s Ultimate Biotic Powder is filled with 25 Billion CFU’s (good bacteria) in one teaspoon to improve your immunity, digestion and overall gut health. It’s a Broad-Spectrum formula that features 15 strains of probiotics, including soil-based organisms (SBOs). This is combined with 5 different soluble and insoluble fibres (prebiotics) which help feed and protect the good bacteria as they travel through to your large intestines.

Probiotics are good bacteria that nourish and replenish healthy gut flora, whilst prebiotics help feed and protect the good bacteria (probiotics) as they travel through to the large intestines. Prebiotics help probiotics thrive and work harder for longer in the body. They work hand in hand, without one the other cannot thrive to its full potential.

Naturally good for you:

• Includes resident and non-resident bacteria to create an optimal microbial balance
• SBO’s (soil-based organisms) are naturally resistant to the harsh environment of the upper digestive tract and stomach, unlike lactic acid-based bacteria.
• The 15 strains are scientifically tested to remain alive and recolonise in the colon
• The organisms boost your immune and suppress unhealthy bacterial or fungal populations from developing.
• The Prebiotics help feed and protect probiotics, provide lubrication, which makes digestion and elimination much easier and absorb excess bile acids in the intestinal tract, which would normally be reabsorbed into the blood steam and converted to cholesterol.

Serving Suggestions:

• Mix 1/8 teaspoon of Ultimate Biotic in non-acidic juice (such as apple or grape) and let sit for 10 minutes. The pectin in these types of juices allows bacteria to metabolise and creates an additional protective barrier for them to pass through the stomach.
• You can also mix with water, in a smoothie or with your breakfast/food, however juice provides the above added benefit
• Consumer 10 minutes before eating and twice daily for best results
