"I'm not sure if most filters are like this or not, but because my tap is already quite low, it is much lower with the filter on. It's probably more suited to a higher tap. Also, I don't love that it's plastic, or that it reduces the water pressure quite a bit (while on filter and off filter). The water tastes great but I can see little grey flakes in the water, which I'm assuming is tiny pieces of the carbon filter coming into the water. It would be better if that didn't happen."
