    • Reconnect: Reconnect your shower head or hose 

    Tips: 

    1. Avoid cleaning the filter with soap or detergents, as they can degrade its performance. Simply rinse it with water and wipe down if necessary.
    2. If your filter hasn’t been used for a few days, allow the water to run through the filter for at least 30 seconds before using it. This ensures optimal filtration.

    End of life

    When replacing your filter, separate the components. The plastic parts can be recycled, but the carbon block should be disposed of with regular waste, as it has absorbed contaminants.

        Great Filter (even if you’re clueless)

        "There was a little bit of a learning curve for getting it on (if you’re screwed in properly and have a leak, use a rubber washer - AUS standard size for shower arm to wall [or arm to filter and filter to wall] is 18mm, and you can buy them on Amazon) - I chatted with Stephy via email when I was a bit bamboozled and she was lovely and very helpful! I wasn’t sure how much difference it would make, but my sister stopped having crazy reactions post-shower from the second the filter was installed, so I’d say it’s very effective! Because we have an arm rather than a hose, the shower head is more in the middle of the shower than it used to be, but I don’t really mind it, and visually the filter looks great! It’s been installed for nearly two months, I think, and gets heavy usage, but we haven’t had to replace the filter (inside the diamond) yet. If my sister didn’t react so badly to the unfiltered water I probably wouldn’t spring for it financially speaking, but it *is* very good value for money, imo (I’m just poor lol). Soooo if you have any issues with your water quality or just want to protect yourself, I’d recommend this one! :)"
