Using a shampoo bar is simple, but a few small tweaks can make a big difference to your results.

Step 1: Fully wet your hair

Shampoo bars work best on very wet hair. Make sure your hair is completely saturated before applying.

Step 2: Choose your application method

You can use a shampoo bar in two main ways:

• Option 1: Apply directly to hair (most effective): Rub the shampoo bar directly onto your scalp in gentle strokes. Focus on the roots where oil tends to build up. Massage with your fingers to create a creamy lather.
• Option 2: Lather in hands first (great for shorter hair): Rub the bar between your hands to create foam. Apply the lather to your scalp and massage through.

Step 3: Massage the scalp properly

Work the lather into your scalp using your fingertips, not your nails. This helps remove oil, dirt and product build-up.

Step 4: Rinse thoroughly

Rinse well to ensure no product is left behind. Repeat only if needed.
