Ready for the quickest, easiest, and most refreshing recess lunchbox go-to recipe? We thought you might...

This mango-sorbet-like yoghurt recipe is suuuper refreshing. I don't just make it for our reusable pouches but also as a late-night frozen dessert, delish!

With the news of the soft plastic recycling program Red-Cycle coming to a stop, we knew that those single-use yoghurt pouches were heading straight to landfill. We needed a solution, and fast! So we made our own reusable pouches, and we've never looked back.

The best thing about these mango yoghurt pouches is that they can be frozen and popped into lunchboxes in the morning, and then they're perfectly smooth by recess!

Reusable Silicone Yoghurt Pouches

Here's what you'll need:

 - Your Reusable Yoghurt Pouches

- 400g Fresh or Frozen Mango (Fresh mango will allow a runny consistency to make pouring into your pouches easy)!

- 1/2 Cup Fresh Mint Leaves

- 1 1/3 Cup Coconut Yoghurt

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients in your blender until smooth

2. Pour the mixture into your desired containers or yoghurt pouches.

3. pop into the freezer to harden & store, or even enjoy as is, serve as a yummy frozen dessert or pack them ready for the day ahead!

We'd love to see if you make this recipe using your silicone yoghurt pouches!

Much love GFZ's xxx
