Australia's Biggest Clean Up 2024...
The countdown has begun for Clean Up Australia Day! March 3rd (Sunday) is the day when Aussies unite, armed with determination, to give our beautiful home a little extra TLC. You might spot events at the beach, park, or taking over entire cities.
Sure, every day is a cleanup day in our hearts, but this one's extra special as over 21 million Australians have donated their time as part of Clean Up Australia activities over the last 33 years. About 38.5 million hours of volunteer time has been donated to Clean Up activities to benefit our environment. *stands at desk to clap and do a little dance*
3 Steps To Getting Involved This Clean Up Australia Day 2024...
- Mark your calendars for this Sunday - March 3rd, 2024
- Find an organised clean up in your area here
- Gear up for a Sunday cleanup. They have gloves and bags but you can bring your own too
- Pat yourself on the back, you rock!
If March 3rd doesn't work for you, no worries! Their events and education platform lets you set up your own cleanup whenever suits your fancy. Woot woot!
The Impact... because Numbers Don't Lie!
Last year was epic. One million legends volunteered over 2 million hours at 17,139 registered clean-up sites, a massive jump from the previous years stats. That's some serious elbow grease for Mother Earth!

You betcha we're hosting a beach cleanup this year too! Join us Sunday, 3rd of March at Bokarina Beach from 6:00 am to 7:00 am AEST. Can't make it? Don't forget you can create and host your own cleanup crew at a time that better suits you here. Spread the love, not the litter!
