Matcha is packed with incredible health benefits (you can read more about them here), and as a true matcha lover, I’m excited to share this nourishing, antioxidant-rich recipe that’s easy and delicious.

This creamy overnight oats recipe brings together oats, crunchy pistachios, a drizzle of honey or maple syrup, and Nutra Organics’ gentle matcha, adding a little calm, clarity, and green goodness to your morning routine. Enjoy!

Overnight oat matcha
Recipe by Nutra Organics

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Nutra Organics Collagen Matcha Latte + extra for yoghurt topping
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1.5 cups milk of choice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup vanilla yoghurt
  • 80g pistachios

Method:

  • Mix 1 tbsp Collagen Matcha Latte with 1 tbsp water until smooth.
  • In a bowl or jar, combine oats, chia seeds, milk, matcha mix, cinnamon, vanilla paste, honey/maple syrup, and half the pistachios. Stir well.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Chop the remaining pistachios.
  • Optional: stir extra matcha into your yoghurt for a flavour boost, then top the oats with it.
  • Sprinkle chopped pistachios (or any nuts you like) over the top, and enjoy!
